What's cookin'? Chicken and Broccoli Cobbler

We love rotisserie chickens.  They are relatively inexpensive at our local Market Basket grocery store, make an easy dinner, smell great, and the leftovers make great tasting barbecue-flavored chicken salad for the next day's lunch)

Laurie has now made a couple of nice recipes out of this cook book from Southern Living.  She's only just begun... there are so many more recipes that look good.

Tonight's main course:

 Add a small salad with fresh avocado and a touch of cottage cheese:
