Lunch Sunday at Loco Coco's Tacos

There is an awesome Mexico restaurant in Kittery, Maine, called Loco Coco's Tacos.  One room in the restaurant is "full service" with waitstaff and a bar (I think there was a bar, but at the very least drinks are available).  The other room, where we ate, is set up so you order and pay for your meal at the "order here" counter, and then wait at your table until your food is ready and your name is called. Very easy and fast.  Prices are very reasonable.

The food we ate was totally delicious. Laurie had the taco salad with chicken.  It was so big she took half home.  Sander and I managed through our burritos.  His was chicken.  Mine was barbecued pork.  They must have each weighed two pounds!  There was plenty to eat.

Best Picture from Ausable River Fly Fishing Trip

Here's what I think is my "best" picture (best = most artistic) from my fly fishing trip to the Ausable River last week.  This was taken from a road bridge in Wilmington, NY and is of a slow section of the river above a dam

If interested I posted three other images from the dam and bridge area (same date, same time) and a short write-up called "behind the scene" on my photography blog, here:

Beautiful sky today around noon.

After a day and night of heavy rain, it was nice to see things clear up today.  The weather was much nicer than what was predicted.  (I know we had a lot of rain, because I hear the sump pump turning on frequently.)

These shots were taken around 1 pm.  They are in chronological order over just a few minutes.

I have discovered that Google Chrome will give good and accurate color.  Internet explorer does not (too much green in the sky.)

Mini Coopers: I like the one on the left

It is rare that you see two minis hanging around together.  I like the red and white color scheme... but ya gotta love the big sunroof (seen better in the second shot) on the yellow one.

On The Way Home: 1941 Cadillac

I didn't need gas, but when I saw this beauty pull into the Cumberland Farms gas station I too pulled in.  I talked the owner for quite a while... but I wish I'd taken a few more pictures.  The bad news is that this baby needs high test!
